The apartment was well-equipped with a washing machine and dryer, providing great convenience for longer stays.

The lack of clear instructions for using appliances like the air conditioning and washing machine was frustrating, as everything was labeled in Korean.

My big room included exceptionally comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave, and a refrigerator. The staff were genuinely helpful the whole time of my stay.

The hotel was DELUXE and the location was particularly good and great close enough to the nearest shops at Busan Station and nearby area, Busan Station via walkway, and the coming Busan expo. My room was reasonably spacious and huge with a private bathroom. Having hairdryers, a bidet, and a walk-in shower was a bonus. I truly enjoyed the property!

Navigating to the check-in office was frustrating due to a lack of clear instructions. We specifically called for guidance but received late information that wasted our time. There was confusion about key pickup times.

The view from the 45th floor was very nice, and everything felt brand new. No cutlery in the kitchen was odd, too.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable, but the place felt really spacious.

I almost considered giving a good review, but the 4pm check-in? Absolutely absurd! Plus, I had to hold my travel adapter in place with a rock just to charge my phone. I expected a room upgrade for such inconveniences, but nobodys in charge seemed to care. I've seen better hospitality at a diner.

I was kinda surprised by the fine views over the port and downtown Busan from my room, modern and well-equipped. The convenient store at ground level was quite handy for grabbing essentials .

The hotel was comfortable and clean, making it a perfect base for exploring nearby landmarks like the Huinnyeoul Culture Village, less than a 15-minute walk away, and Samrak Ecological Park, just a short stroll from the hotel where I enjoyed beautiful park views.

I was blown away by the room size in my Beautiful King Suite! It featured a massive living room and an island-style kitchen. With a washing machine and a microwave, I felt right at home and loved having all the amenities within reach.

The location is superb, just steps from the train station and surrounded by numerous dining options. The Beautiful Suite was well-equipped with modern amenities, including a coffee machine and streaming services on the TV. A downside was the limited access provided by the room key. It didn't grant entry to the pool area. The lobby's luxurious appearance was marred by the language barrier with staff, complicating communication. The convenience store on-site had high prices, so shopping elsewhere was preferable.

The staff was genuinely helpful providing assistance. the location was excellent and good, directly at Busan Harbor. We went out for dinner and found Shapiro's Delicatessen, which was within a close distance from the hotel.

Enjoyed a really cozy stay. the suite had everything I needed - like an electric kettle, a dishwasher, and a fridge! 🌟.
